When the Yamaha IT series was first released, Yamaha already had three off road motorcycles. But, they still didn’t have a true enduro. And so, when they saw this untapped potential market, they ended up inventing the Yamaha IT. The line quickly saw plenty of sales and Yamaha wasted no time expanding the line. We’d like to tell you that the line had a happy ending, but unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. The line was discontinued in 1987. We wish that these bikes were still produced, but unfortunately, we will have to settle for maintaining those that have already been made. So, we have taken it upon ourselves to stock the best selection of Yamaha IT series’ parts and accessories on the market today.

When you are running your Yamaha IT in an enduro race, you are going to want to make sure that it is running in peak condition. When it comes to fixing your bike, mid race is the wrong time and the wrong place. But, as long as you stay on top of maintenance it shouldn’t be an issue.
