UTV Fuel System Parts
Everyone knows that your engine needs a good supply of fuel to run properly. With any failure in your UTVs fuel system, your engine won’t run correctly and can even be damaged. The fuel/air mix needs to be on point to make the most power while also still being efficient. Proper maintenance and the correct fuel map will get you where you need to be. At Dennis Kirk, you will find all the UTV fuel system parts you need to get the ideal fuel supply to your engine. We keep them in stock and ready to ship to you the same day you order so you can be back out riding in no time. Use the Ride Finder to see all the parts that fit your specific side by side.
In modern UTVs, EFI is pretty much standard. One of the benefits of EFI is that it requires less maintenance. A downside, though, is that it takes a bit of technology to tune your machine. UTV fuel tuners are needed to adjust the fuel map of your machine. Using a tuner will often allow you to get the best performance out of your machine. It is also often needed when you make performance modifications, like a new exhaust system, air cleaner, or engine work. Without a proper tune, your machine will not run well with these mods and it can even be damging.
Old school UTVs with carbs need to be maintained as well. Cleaning the carbs is a necessary task, but it doesn’t always fix the problem. New carburetor jets can breathe new life into an old machine that has been sputtering or not even running. Rebuild kits turn an old carb into a new unit. Tuning a carbureted machine can be done by anyone with a new set of jets and a willingness to try. The impact may not be as exact as an EFI tuner, but a good carb tuner can dial it in pretty well.
