Goldwing Modular Helmets

Modular helmets, also called flip-up helmets, feature a chin bar that rotates upward to open the front of the helmet without removing it entirely. This style is a practical choice for Gold Wing touring riders who frequently need to communicate or access snacks and drinks without taking the helmet fully off.

These helmets are available in various shell sizes and interior configurations. Key selection factors include fit, ventilation, face shield quality, and whether the helmet is rated for use with the chin bar in the open position, which varies by certification.
