I got these boots looking for a casual, low cut boot that I could walk around in. They are easy to get into and strap in with just two adjustable buckles. The buckles are easy to tighten, but somewhat of a pain to loosen. The sole has a decent amount of cushion and grip but is quite stiff. I went for a long walk trying to get these boots to loosen up and be comfortable, but never really succeeded. There just isn’t enough adjustability with two straps to mitigate the stiff parts digging into your feet. Riding with these is great. The toe box is low enough to easily get under the shifter and the rubber shift pad works well. The biggest problem I have with these boots is how they look. The material around the toe and heel is super shiny creating an awkward look when contrasted with the rest of the boot. If you’re looking for a low boot for riding only this might be a good fit for you. I found them to be uncomfortable for walking and they look a little a dress shoe converted to a riding boot.
