Because its only one third the weight of a stock pulley will my bike loose any fly wheel effect from the rotation of lighter pulley?

BEST ANSWER: I couldnt tell any difference in mine but it is really lighter i feared that i would have motor vibration from being lighter but i cant tell if it caused any or not
