All Belts Drive LTD parts are machined at their California headquarters, with facilities that include rubber manufacturing, CAD design, an aluminum foundry and dozens of CNC mills and lathes for precision production. As their name suggests, belt drives are their main focus, and Belt Drives LTD belts are known throughout the industry. Both BDL primary belts and BDL rear drive belts are made with a specially blended rubber and tough inner cords for stunning strength and minimal wear. With a complete belt drive kit, you’ll receive everything you need for a full upgrade, including a front pulley, clutch basket and installation hardware.

Their standard clutch kit includes Kevlar friction plates that are 20 percent larger than stock plates, maximizing engagement and hold. And Belt Drives LTD transmission pulleys are made from anodized aluminum weighing a third as much as stock pulleys for improved acceleration and cruising efficiency.
