Made from a EN36c case hardened (carbon free) steel core, allowing us to create a hard surface layer for longer life, whilst keeping the strong core that is resistant to breakage. Carbon impregnated to 0.5mm and oil quenched, producing a super hard surface guaranteeing a more consistent wear pattern and extended life. The ultra-hard surface layer reduces friction to prevent power loss caused by chain drag. Fully lightened with radial holes for most off-road and street bikes reduces rotational mass at the engine, allowing for quicker and better power delivery from the engine to wheel. Grooved teeth for off-road applications prevents dirt build-up under the chain. This reduces friction on the chain and extends chain life. These are the same factory specifications we supply to the factory MX, Rally, Enduro, and road race teams.
