It could use some redesign, see my review of the tow bar design. You should be able to fold the tow bar back onto the sled for transport or storage without having to remove the towbar, requiring tools.
Also should have some loops or feature for attaching lines or bungee cargo nets to secure your load. Hooking to the top lip is not practical as the lip bends with a little tension. I will probably fasten a alunimum strip under the lip for a fastening area.
I have five horses and am 68 years old. Live in Colorado so hauling hay around or feed is really difficult on ice, snow or mud. I've given up using my cart and use the sled exclusively since the bad weather has set in. One of my horses stepped in it and it held up and she a big girl. I don't know what I would have done without it. Probably will use it year round. It holds a sixty pound bale of hay perfectly.
