is thumb heated?
A shopper on Jul 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes. BTW, the gloves are nicely built, and it's only been a couple of times that I've had to use the heat, though that has only been for short trips, too.
What type of battery does it use?? like an 18650? what type / sise?
A shopper on Nov 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Uses battery supplied with the gloves. Important to keep battery charged up during off season as instructed. Used one full season - they are great.

AWESOME GLOVES
Surprised my husband with these gloves as his hands always get cold riding (even with the hand-warmers on) and he absolutely LOVES them!!

Great Initial Impression
Unusually warm February weather so haven't been able to test the true warmth capabilities of the gloves but they are comfortable and seem very well. My hands are not that big, but bought the XL size per the sizing guide, and very glad I did. The sizing guide was accurate, but I typically buy Large in other gloves.

Hard to put gloves on as elastic around wrist is too tight . They fit great after you have them all the way on. I think they will stretch and putting them on will improve with time. Do the job of keeping your hands warm. Mostly run on low in addition to sled hand and thumb warmers. Would recommend this item.
