Dual-rate progressive wound springs work in tandem to deliver an exceptionally smooth ride. With an adjustable spring preload and ride-height adjustable, these shocks can vary by +/- 1/2" from size listed, ensuring that you always have complete control over your motorcycle's performance.

Choose from a sleek chrome finish with chrome springs and damper bodies or a classic black finish with black springs and damper bodies. The adjustable shocks can mount with existing hardware, and spacers and bushings, which are included for 86-03 XL fitments.

Please note that lowering your motorcycle will result in reduced ground and cornering clearance. Before purchasing or attempting to install any shocks that are different than the OEM length, you should confirm that your wheel travel can be altered without causing clearance issues, such as swingarm/axle to exhaust contact, as well as chain/belt guard or tire contact. Furthermore, OEM upper shock mount covers will not fit with these shocks, making it crucial that you purchase the appropriate mount kits separately (585804 chrome or 585805 black). Finally, it is important to note that shocks shorter than OEM length will have reduced travel, which may affect the ride quality and handling of your motorcycle.
