Klim Radius Goggles

Klim snowmobile gear is at the top of the mountain for high quality snowmobile gear, but it’s not just their jackets and bibs that are the best.  The Klim Radius and Radius Pro snow goggles are at the top of the market as well.  The Radius goggles are so good because they meet very high standards during production and are the product of innovative design.

  1. GeminEye Anti-Fog– Klim uses this exclusive anti-fog process to allow the Radius goggles to perform in extreme conditions without fogging.  Many snowmobile goggles are given a simple hand application of anti-fog treatments on one side of the lens.  With GeminEye, the entire lens is dipped in the formula, covering both sides.  The lenses with the GeminEye formula can be up 3 times more fog resistant than previous models.  The lens is then thermally bonded for 24 hours and heated again during the manufacturing process to eliminate all moisture that could have built up during the manufacturing process.
  2. FOV+ Geometry– Klim has taken great care in designing the geometry of the Radius goggle frame to give riders the most unobtrusive peripheral Field of View (FOV).  The careful designing makes for the clearest vision possible from any goggle.  When the goggles are being worn, no component of them can be seen in the Field of Vision.
  3. Quad Tested PolyCarb Lens– The lens of the Klim Radius goggles are made to be the most durable and vivid lenses on the market.  They go beyond the industry standard of two durability tests by performing four unique durability tests.  The lenses pass all four of these durability tests.
  4. Airchamber Volume Boosting– The Airchamber is the space between your eyes and the interior of the goggle lens.  Because the Klim Airchamber has increased volume, there is less likelihood of the lens fogging.
  5. FreshAir Ventilation– The Airchamber of the Radius goggles is able to be continually restored with fresh air.  This is because the goggles FreshAir Ventilation system includes in-frame directional vents, massive lower and upper frame vents and substantial in-lens vents to allow for the best airflow.
  6. Foam3 & Radvent Foams– Foam3 has 3 stages of foam with the first containing antimicrobial properties that are in contact with your skin.  This allows the foam to stay fresh and to constantly transport moisture to stage 2.  Stage 2 is used to disperse the sweat that is collected from the first stage.  Stage 3 is a durable foam that blocks air and debris so you do not get the frozen forehead feeling.  The Radvent Foam is used in the ventilation systems and has snow and debris blocking properties. Radvent Foam has ultimate air permeability and breathability, which allows for air transfer and also for water vapor to escape to eliminate fogging.
