What motivates you guys to do such a great job?

Can you tell me what’s involved in moving my bike?
Your motorcycle is strapped securely to a specially designed skid using four soft-ties – an extremely safe means of transportation. Our highly trained and experienced drivers load the bikes into an enclosed air-ride truck using state-of-the-art lift gates. We can load any kind of bike: chopper, dirt, touring, scooter, even ATV’s, UTV’s and snowmobiles. It doesn’t matter where you live – we can be there. We can ship your motorcycle door-to-door throughout the continental United States, between the United States and Canada, within Canada, to/from Hawaii, and to/from Alaska. We have over 30 distribution centers throughout the United States, with daily pickups in most major cities. Having a well-established network of drivers and terminals is a necessity for our customers who may need a bike transported for work, military moves, events, purchases, joyrides, gifts, etc.
How complicated is the process?
Orders can be set up over the phone quickly with one of our friendly customer service agents, or online through our easy-to-use, streamlined website. Once the bike is picked up, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to our tracking website so that you can see exactly where your bike is. Furthermore, our website has an in-depth quote system so you can price out your bike’s next transportation at any time.

Had a transporter who stated he would pick up, that was 2 weeks ago. All I get now are excuses that they do not have the drivers information. If you can pick up at Lowell AR 72745 by April 8, 2016 and deliver by April 12, 2016 to Kearny NJ 07032, then that would be great, if not please do not waste my time or yours.
