Daytona Bike Week 2012 took place a week later than years gone by. Not sure if that contributed to the great weather the rally enjoyed this year or not but it sure was nice. Pretty much 80 and sunny every day. That encouraged rally participants to get out and make the most of the Rally. Whether you were into Harleys, Cruisers, Sport Bikes or Dirt Bikes there was something there for everyone. From Supercross to Flat track and Road Racing you could get your adrenaline fix.
If you were into custom bikes they were everywhere.
The varieties ranged from classic Harley customs to tricked out Hayabusa’s.
Antique bikes were on display and on the road as well. All the major merchandise vendors were set up loud and proud be it at the Race Track, Destination Daytona or Beach Street. And then there was the party. The various bars around town were loaded with people enjoying good music, good food, good drink and having a great time.
