74-74 Harley FLP

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

The intention was to  keep my word an bring it back to life

What motivated you to start your project?

Found an old 74-74,basketcase that had been laying in a barn for 27 years.turned out to be an old cop bike.the owner had ridden it all over America. Then in 94 he came to spend the winter with his brother and rebuild and paint the bike.He was then diagnosed with cancer.Never touched the bike again.soon passed away.bike laid for 27 yrs..I  came across it through a buddy who was hauling scrap..the surviving brother told me”Lets face it,,I am 83 ,obviously not gonna fix it!  You promise me you will build it and not part it out,I will take a grand for it..I  paid the man and loaded it up.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Tried to use as much of a original parts as possible

What are you most proud of?

Proud of how it came out,,and  call it a resto-mod

What do other people say about your motorcycle?
