2019 Honda Monkey

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Making the bike better for an adult rider, plus making it stand out from a factory-stock build.

What motivated you to start your project?

I wanted to make the bike fit an adult rider better on the handle bars, and to make it look cool too. So I added 12 inch baby apes to raise the height of the bars.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

The baby apes.

What are you most proud of?

That I sourced and did everything by myself, including bar drilling, fitment, grips, extending the wires through the 7/8ths bars (which was NOT) easy…euro turn signal kit, lowered fender, and street tires. Added new extended controls for throttle and clutch and braided brake lines front and rear.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

They love it. 😍
