What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To see if I could make a running v twin Chevrolet, the was kinda of a cool display stand for the engine

What motivated you to start your project?

Had a bunch of left over and partially broken race car parts

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Building the engine

What are you most proud of?

All of it. I built the engine, the frame, and every piece on it. Every one says they have a one of a kind bike, this one truly is

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

How long, how much, what the hell is it, how can one person do all that, they mostly just stare and take pictures

Specifics

Fondly known as: Frank
Time spent: 1 1/2 years
Motorcycle cost: $3500.00
Engine: Two cylinder chevrolet, alcohol fuel injected, dry sump oil system, vertex magneto, all parts machined in my shop, I even did the balancing
Intake: Hilborn fuel injection, cut down to fit the modified Brodix cylinder heads
Exhaust: Hand made 2″ with modified 5″ turn out from a case backhoe
Transmission: Jim’s case 5 speed from 98 softail
Frame: All custom
Suspension: 948 Ducati forks with modified weld sprint car front hub and rotor
Wheels, tires and brakes: Front wheel is made up of 2″ weld sprint car wheel half that are 15″ diameter, rear is a weld 15×14 beadlock with a Hoosier big block modified left rear tire
Finish – Paint: Masey Ferguson red, Tractor Supply black and clear
