2005 Tiger Boxer 345cc

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Build a solid frame, Bored (sleaved) stroked completely reworked Engine Balancing, Blueprinting, Re-Caming Porting, Polishing, Stretching/Lowering. Expanding to forward controls, changing to a foot clutch and with the use of a Jack-shaft expanding to a wide tire and using a Jockey Shift Building

What motivated you to start your project?

Since Tiger had gone Bankrupt with Government restricting Sales to Royal Thai Police Only. When Bikes were released for Auction, I Bought a Wrecked Bike with less then 4,000 Km’s on clock (Police with Truck had Backed over front end in Police Yard… Destroying Bike) I decided to expand and Build what could have been… if they had extended into the Sport/Cruiser Realm.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Adding the Jack Shaft I was able to add 2 gears to Final Drive gear set. Giving me 4 gears to inter change to make a Drag or Land-Speed style Chopper/Bobber. Stretching frame to a whopping 66.5″ and lowering bike to a 24″ seat height

What are you most proud of?

Was able to use Honda Phantom H/D front forks and go to Forward Controls. and raise Engine to 11.5 to 1 Compression. With a Complete Engine rework raise Red-Line to 9,400rpm (Tach shows 9,000 🙂 ) Raising engine Power curve to pull from 2,500 – 9,200rpm and Torque to continually pull thru 9,000rpm (H.P @ 79 and foot pound torque 198)

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

Wow! Tiger missed the Boat… Total American! Using Asian parts for the most part, when available! Amazing!! Build Me One!!

Has anyone ever called the bomb sqad on this bike? I expected a pic of Keiffer Sutherland defusing it. But seriously, incredible and unique build. I like how you mounted the fender, hope you don’t mind if I borrow that for my next build.
