2004Harley Davidson Deuce

What motivated you to start your project?

This is my 2004 Harley Davidson deuce, I have had it for 18 years. It is a classic all chromed up, as they don’t make them anymore. I have 52,000 miles on it,and it still runs like new. I buy all my tires from Dennis Kirk, you always get a fresh new tire. I have built my own balancer and I mount all my own tires. The passing lamps are from a Sportster I traded in to get my deuce. I have had to have these bored out to fit the larger diameter triple trees. Then I needed a windshield  , couldn’t find anything local, went to Dennis Kirk and ordered a Memphis shades windshield, it is curled at the bottom and fit like a glove between the fork tubes and the passing lamps. I welded up the brackets and added the 4 green skull heads that light up, between the frame and my forward controls. I also installed blue leds under and inside the air cleaner housing. The tires I get from Dennis Kirk are always the same Harley tires that were stock on this machine.
