2002 Buell Cyclone M2

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To improve the looks and the drivability of the bike as described by several road tests.

What motivated you to start your project?

I have always been intrigued by Erik Buell’s use of an Evolution engine to power a sports bike.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

The design of the seat, mirrors, detailing and modifying the carburetor to cure the reported deficiencies.

What are you most proud of?

Using a finger drilling procedure to delicately drill out the jets and experiment with the raising of the needle to now allow this engine to immediately start and idle without the use of the choke.  I learned a Lot on this project.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

I have won the stoplight observation test judging by all of the men And women that have offered to buy this remake.
