2000 Harley Davidson Springer Softail

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To build a cool bobber that i could ride with my back injury.  I was clocked by a distracted driver in 2012, causing 4 herniated discs in my back.  My bobber had to have rear suspension, otherwise I couldn’t ride it.

What motivated you to start your project?

I’ve always loved bobbers,  ever since I was a kid.   They just embody what a bikers bike should be!  Added to that,  a Springer front end is just a thing of beauty,  so when I decided to build mine,  that’s what I had to have.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

I would say the use of copper pieces on the bike where tasteful.   That and the overall stance of the bike were key.

What are you most proud of?

The overall look and functionality of the bike!

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

Everywhere I take it,  people seem to like it.
