2000 Harley Davidson FLHTC Custom

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Build my own FLHTC but one with power!

What motivated you to start your project?

I wanted more than what was on the floor at any Dealership.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

2005 I worked with Flora Racing to build the 114inch S&S engine. This engine used Millennium cylinders with Nickel Silicon Carbide and eliminated the Iron inserts. This allowed me to go to 114 inches with a stock 88in Harley crank.

What are you most proud of?

With the new engine and the first in Indiana Rinehart exhaust system I turned every head when I launched. We had a separate building we did Dyno runs and I put mine on it just to see some numbers and the Harley shop emptied as people wanted to know what they just heard!

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

When it is sitting in the parking lot they comment on the paint but when I start and leave, they ask OMG what kind of motor is that!
