1998 Harley-Davidson FLSTF

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To look like a 49 Panhead.

What motivated you to start your project?

I wanted a reliable comfortable ride that had a vintage look.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Mounting Panhead saddle bags on a Softail frame while keeping the the original half moon bracket appearance with the decorative jewels.

What are you most proud of?

Painting the bike myself.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

I get asked a lot how old is that and people are surprised it’s not as old as they thought. Also have had old school guys say I didn’t think you could make a Softail look that cool and vintage look.
