What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Build and tune back up to a safe and reliable ride.

What motivated you to start your project?

Oldest son got his license.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Custom wiring harness to repair “the meltdown” associated with a failed voltage regulator. Jet kit, k&N air cleaner, DP clutch pack, RK Chain, DP Brakes, Metzeler tires, Die Hard battery, LED headlights, European rear turn signals and Hondaline rear seat cow. (And a new voltage regulator 🙂

Time spent with my son.

Engine: 750cc V-Four engine (100 hp). Liquid and oil cooled with six speed transmission and gear driven camshafts.
Intake: (4) 40mm mikuni carburetors.
Exhaust: Stock exhaust with ball pivoting muffler to allow for quick rear wheel changes off from the single sided swing arm.
Transmission: 6 speed
Frame: Aluminum box construction.
Suspension: 41mm front forks and mono-shock rear.
Wheels, tires and brakes: Metzeler Roadtec tires and duel front rotors and single rear rotor disc brakes.
Finish – Paint: Factory Paint (granite blue metallic).
Accessories: LED headlights, Corbin seat (out for repairs), hondaline seat cowl.
