1992 Harley Davidson FXR

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

I wanted to build something like the hotrodders/chopper builders did in the 60s/70s but in an entirely new way.

What motivated you to start your project?

I always wanted to build a custom motorcycle.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

If I had to choose one, I altered the back half and built a detachable chromoly subframe. I also redid the suspension geometry so I can run 14.25 shocks at a lower ride height.

What are you most proud of?

The aluminum tank. I had no idea what I was doing when I started making it haha.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

The usually notice the exhaust first.
