What was your intended objective when you started the build?

to ride a bike the nobody else could go out and just buy

What motivated you to start your project?

I’ve been helping a friend fix an old bike & wanted to do it for myself

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

putting parts on a 30+ year old bike that people said couldn’t be done.

What are you most proud of?

the front spacers on the front tire, came from a supermarket roller. first time i used a leathe. and also cutting up a yaffe gas tank to fit.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

They mostly like the long, low look. and the root beer pearl color.

Engine: stock in 1985 was a shovel bottom and the first year for the evo top end.
Intake: Shorty S&S
Exhaust: i built a custom tru duel mostly from the old one and a bunch of bends i had. and used kegs 3” turn down tips, not to show them out of the clean look of the bags
Transmission: Stock 5 speed manuel clutch
Frame: Stock Harley no modification
Suspension: lowered 1”1/2 progressive kit in front and custom Works coil overs in the rear
Wheels, tires and brakes: metzlers. front 3”x 21” rear 150
Finish – Paint: Root Beer Pearl matalic basically a 2016 ford color with a little extre pearl.
Accessories: Bad Dad rear fender and bags, custom Jay Depinto seat. wanna ryd front wheel paul yaffe gas tank
