What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Basically to finish off what the P.O. had started, but with my own vision.

What motivated you to start your project?

I wanted a bike to take to Vintage Bike Nights.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Probably the LED indicators in the stock location on the forks, with relays added to make them function as running lights as well.

What are you most proud of?

The overall astetic.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

That it is cool.

Classification: Chopper/Bobber
Make, Model & Year: 1982 Honda CB750C
Fondly known as: The “Rat Racer”
Time spent: Hard to say. Project was already started when I bought it.
Motorcycle cost: $1700
Money spent: Probably about $1,000 including rebuilding the carbs, and replacing the ignition system.
Engine: Stock, with 8,600 miles
Intake: Stock carbs, just had them rebuilt.
Exhaust: Mac 4 into 2 mufflers with hi-temp black paint, and stock headers wrapped with black fiberglass header wrap.
Transmission: Stock 5 speed.
Frame: Stock with tail-section shortened.
Suspension: Aftermarket rear shocks with black housings.
Wheels, tires and brakes: Stock wheels with new Dunlop K series tires.
Finish – Paint: Flat black rattle-can.
Accessories: LED turn signals and brake/taillight, clubman bars, and bar-end mirrors.
