1978 JCPenney Pinto

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Start from nothing, make everything the way I wanted it. Keep it light, simple, and functional.

What motivated you to start your project?

I always like to be working on something, and had to get rid of a long term project car due to lack of storage; so I was looking for a ground up project that would be fun and didn’t take up much space.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

custom 3d printed gas cap, frame modification and bodywork, exhaust mounted license plate bracket, machined headlight case, fabricated clip-ons, 78cc Eurokit, aftermarket case CNC case matched to cylinder, stroker crank, custom piston, General tank, 12V DC conversion with LED head and taillights, custom machined stator plate, CDI,  GPS speedo, folding pedals, fabricated intake manifold, fabricated pedal shaft, lasercut seat brackets, custom made seat, MLM swingarm, big 😉 rear tire, welded reinforced center stand

What are you most proud of?

All the work involved and how much fun it is to ride. Everything that makes it different. There are only a couple stock parts on it, and even those are modified.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

Can’t hear them over the two stroke.
