1972 BSA B50MX

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Started the build in the early eighties.
When SuperMoto was just starting.
Build was always to be a street tracker.

What motivated you to start your project?

Medication stopped working. Owned this bike since 1974.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Getting it to run reliably. (Still working on that.)

What are you most proud of?

I have endured all its tortuous teases daring me to complete the project in spite of its relentless and successful attempts (to date) to thwart me.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

Why don’t you just burn it instead?
