When you choose to upgrade with a top-of-the-line aftermarket plastic ski, you are going to notice the benefits on your next ride. Many aftermarket options are much lighter than stock and will allow you to noticeably cut weight from your machine. They are also designed to provide great floatation in deep powder, instead of diving under. Specially designed keels allow you to turn in loose snow as well.

If you're on an older sled, there are great replacement steel skis available to replace your rusty, bent or broken ones. These options match the OEM and are even available for the old leaf spring snowmobiles.

To get the bite that you need, choose the best wear bars/carbides for your machine. The longer the carbide that you choose, the more bite that you will get while steering. The more studs and horsepower that your machine has, the longer and more aggressive your carbides need to be. We also carry wear bars for vintage sleds.
