    It could be that your vehicle description is listed differently, or there is no part or accessory in that category for your specific machine.     Can I place an order without using a credit card?

    Yes, we have several payment options for your convenience.

    You can place your order on-line using our PayPal or PayPal Credit payment methods. (See Terms) You can place your order through the mail using a personal check or money order.

    Cancelling an order

    We understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled for various reasons. We would like to inform you that invoices can only be cancelled within 30 minutes from the time of placing your order. However, if your cancellation request is made close to the 8:00PM CST cut-off time, the cancellation period may be shorter to ensure that your order is shipped out the same day.

    We kindly ask that you carefully review your orders before completing the checkout process, as our cancellation policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and timely shipping of your purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding cancellations.

    I need my order quickly. What are my options?

    We have many options for you to receive your package quickly. All shipping options to your particular location are shown on the Shipping Methods page of our checkout.     I cannot find the item or part number I am looking for

    If you are unable to locate a particular item or part number by using our variety of search engines, please contact our knowledgeable sales staff at 800-969-7501.

    Will you special order a specific item for me?

    Dennis Kirk provides over 160,000 parts for your convenience, at this time; we do not provide special order services.

    Can I pick up my order at your location in Rush City?

    Absolutely. To make your stop convenient, call or order on-line approximately 30 minutes prior to pick up and we will have your item(s) waiting for you. For directions & hours click here.

    My item showed in stock online, but now it is out of stock

    Inventory on our website product pages is updated continuously. During the checkout process, inventory will be checked real time on the items in your order. If an item has gone out of stock since it was added to your cart, you will be alerted at that time.

    How long does it take for my backordered item to arrive?

    Items marked backorder have not been charged to you. Most backordered items are normally shipped within 30 days. We receive shipments from our distributors on a daily basis. A Dennis Kirk representative will periodically be in contact with you to provide updates on your backorder.     Is pricing subject to change without notice?

    Pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing errors that are caught will be cancelled, refunded and customers notified of the errors. Dennis Kirk will not be held responsible for human error in pricing. All pricing changes are made at the sole discretion of Dennis Kirk Inc.

    What is the procedure for returning a part?

    You may return any unused and unaltered item(s) within 90 days for an exchange or a refund. Authorization is not needed, however, a call to our Customer Service Department 800-969-7501 or Technical Support Department may help you avoid an unnecessary return.     Please do not return goods to us C.O.D. Instead, you may use our quick and easy return process. Simply complete your Merchandise Return Form and enclose it with the items you wish to return in a secure package, apply the Authorized Return Label (ARS Label) to the package and take the package to any UPS Store®, Customer Center, Shipping Outlet, Drop Box or give it to any UPS driver. Keep the tracking number strip located on the lower portion of the ARS/Return Label for reference when tracking your package.

    How to Properly Return an Item

    Take the item you'd like to return and securely place it into the original package.

    Step 2
    Merchandise Return Form

    Fill out the merchandise return form on the invoice and enclose that into the package as well.

    Step 3
    Shipping Label

    With the package prepared to ship, apply the supplied *UPS ARS/return label onto the package.

    Note: Keep the Tracking number portion of the label for reference. Also, be sure to fill out the ARS return label with your name, address and ZIP code.
    Step 4
    Return Package

    Take the package to any UPS Store®, Customer Center, Shipping Outlet, Drop Box or give it to any UPS driver.

    Note: The UPS ARS/return label only applies to shipping addresses in the contiguous United States.

    You pay nothing up-front. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange. No restocking charge applies if returned within 90 days ($9.99 or 10% fee, whichever is higher, after 90 days). For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions. If warranty information was not included, you may check to see if warranty information is available by searching for the part number and looking for the warranty tab.

    If you choose not to use the supplied ARS label, please return items using your preferred shipping carrier. You will not be charged the $7.99 ARS fee since postage will then be pre-paid. Send packages to:

    How soon will my return be processed?

    • All returned packages are opened the same day they are received.
    • Standard refund or exchange requests are processed the same day as well.
    • If you request an exchange the order should be processed and on its way back to you the next day.
    • If you request a refund, a refund will be issued to the original payment method the next business day.

    In some instances it may be necessary to contact you regarding your return, please provide a contact number or email address.

    What if my package is damaged or merchandise is missing?

    Dennis Kirk takes every effort to ensure your package arrives in satisfactory condition. If your package is damaged please call our Customer Service Department immediately 800-969-7501. Do not discard the shipping carton until you have spoken with a representative.

    We're sorry to say we are no longer printing catalogs. The rising costs of printing and mailing these catalogs made it too difficult to maintain competitive prices. We also believe our website offers a better shopping experience because of the following:
