It all started in the 50’s when co-founder George J. Smith began developing his own parts to make his famed Harley, “Tramp”, go faster. When Smith partnered with Stanley Stankos, they knew that they were on to something. In 1958, they founded S&S Cycle and released light-weight aluminum pushrod kits for Harley Knuckles and Panheads. From then on, S&S continued to develop new, high quality components to push V-Twin engines further and further. Today, they provide one of the largest selections of aftermarket V-Twin engine performance parts and even produce some of the most powerful and dependable complete engines.
