What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Make it my own and stand out from the same ole, same ole stock ones.

What motivated you to start your project?

Just can’t be stock. Attempt to one up the buddies sled.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Red LED eagle eyes and blue LED backlit Polaris logo on rear snow flap.

What are you most proud of?

LED backlighting on the snow flap.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

Cool, looks fast.

Finish – Paint: Powder coated all original bare aluminum parts and changed hardware to stainless steel.
Accessories: Added eagle decal to front clip with evil red LED eyes. Tall windshield, storage bags. Added blue LED backlighting to rear snow flap using a machined out block of plastic to accommodate and seal in the LEDs. Manufactured wiring harness with weather proof connectors to attach LEDs to rear running light.
