2011Yamaha Nytro xtx

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Wanted to do mostly cosmetic changes. Other then that I put a trail can on it. Also wanted it to be more of a head turner especially since they aren’t made anymore. I knew my Polaris buddies wouldn’t like the old Nytro getting more attention then their new 850 Assaults. Haven’t done too much. But the little changes i did do made a lot of differences.

What motivated you to start your project?

Big fan of Yamaha and their 4 strokes. Personally saw the Nytro as the last 4 stroke Yamaha made with their own chassis. Thought I’d make it look a bit better is all.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Powdee coating the fron end black. Completely changed the look of the front end. Gives it a whole different vibe. Changed the windshield to a smaller more aggressive looking windshield.

What are you most proud of?

That i am an owner of a all Yamaha sled. Take very good care of it to the best i can. Plan to keep the sled for many more years.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

Very positive feedback. Even non Yamaha fans have complimented it.
