What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Make an already good sled an epic boondockin machine!

What motivated you to start your project?

This was my first build. I always like making things better, and finally had some money saved up to do so!

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

Stretching it from a 144 to 163” as well as the AI Front end

What are you most proud of?

How well this sled handles after finishing the build

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

Exhaust: Stock pipe that is ceramic coated with an SLP Y-pipe and can.

Drivetrain: Factory clutches tuned for a 163″ x 2.5in powdermax track.

Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: VEI tunnel extension

Suspension: Front: Alternative Impact 37″ front end with XRS shocks/titanium springs Rear: Timbersled rear suspension with fox float evol shock in rear and float in the center.

Brakes: Stock

Finish – Paint: Removed all stock stickers and added 2012 ski-doo decals

Accessories: Boss seat, venting, mountain addiction bag, 9in rear bogies, 9in RSI Risers
