What motivated you to start your project?

Wanted a snowmobile for ice fishing.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

The removable utility rack,  it mounts in the  stock rack mounting holes,  so I  can carry ice fishing gear,  or put it back to stock trim for trail, or sport riding .

The whole project,  I spent a lot of time cleaning,  fixing lots of little things.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

Not many have seen it,  but the few who have liked it.
