What was your intended objective when you started the build?

I have an itch to rebuild everything I own. I wanted to restore the sled to ‘new’ as well as adding some tastful mods along the way. Keeping the race sled look while improving the trail/ditch riding was the main goal.

What motivated you to start your project?

Ive always enjoyed the ProX Chassis and wanted to build and preserve one for myself and others to enjoy.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

I have not seen the 144 track extension done all that often on this platform. Making the sled look more aggressive and handle better in deep snow with this mod I feel is the most unique thing I have done. Oh, and the 1 up seat, is rare!

What are you most proud of?

The shape and preformance this sled for its age. Its a race sled at heart and sure acts like one from a dig.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

‘Nice sled’ I suppose?

Engine: Liberty LC 500 swap, OEM swapped most of the parts.
Intake: Carbs, nothing major to the induction or fuling system yet.
Exhaust: OEM pipe, ceramic coated. Kept the exhaust stock for trail legal reasons.
Drivetrain: Team secondary, fully rebuilt skid. TracksUSA 144 tip-up extensions, 144 Challanger track, pretty red Hyfax.
Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: DIY tunnel extension, relocated skid mounting.
Suspension: Stock race suspension from the Polaris Factory race sleds.
Brakes: Stock
Finish – Paint: Few decals from varous places. New paint to come soon.
