What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Take weight off the sled and make it not look like a old tired ripped seat srv540

What motivated you to start your project?

The previous winter it stopped running do to a no spark issue

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

12” bar riser that was made from the satellite dish mount left for dead on the roof of my house

What are you most proud of?

The fact that it starts first pull

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

  • “I wish I could find an old cheep sled”

Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: Drilled some holes lifted the tunnel 4” and put a trailer hitch on it for pulling things around the lake
Suspension: Stock
Brakes: Who needs brakes but I did have to use a brake cable from a triumph motorcycle
Finish – Paint: Harbor freight stickers off my air compressor
Accessories: Finger throttle short seat fog lights from the local auto parts store
