1985 Ski Doo Elan

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To create a long track elan with parts that where available

What motivated you to start your project?

We were trying to salvage an elan tub that got ran over on the back end and that’s how it all started.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

joining a bravo long track tunnel to the elan and then switching over the 1.97 pitch drivers to 2.52 pitch drivers

What are you most proud of?

That we finished. It looked like we wouldn’t get it done but in the end it was a much bigger project than anticipated but in the end we got her finished and it runs nice

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

wow you guys finally finished.
