Always wanted to build a vintage sled with newer suspension

Probably the tunnel and belly pan

Time spent: 4 year on and off.
Snowmobile cost: 24 Miller Genuine Draft
Money spent: $1600
Engine: Stock Ski-Doo Formula lll 600 motor
Intake: Stock Ski-Doo Formula lll 600 carbs. I had to cut 2″ section and shorten the height air box’s to fit under the hood
Exhaust: Stock Ski-Doo Formula lll 600 pipes messaged to fit with a Dynoport muffler
Drivetrain: Stock Ski-Doo Formula lll clutch’s, jackshaft, driveshaft, cogs, chaincase, 23/44 gearing and a 136″ track with 1.25″ lugs
Tunnel/Chassis Modifications: Probably the tunnel. I used a Ski-Doo S2000 bulkhead, Rev Renagade 136” heat exchanger,foot boards, 2 Blizzard tunnels a 9500 and 5500. Tunnel was 1” wider than the bulkhead the easiest way to narrow was cut and rivet to exchanger. Original foot boards were to narrow so I used the Renagade ones. Over 100 hrs on tunnel and bulkhead.
Suspension: Stock Ski-Doo S2000 front suspension with HPG gas shocks. 2005 Arctic Cat 660 Turbo 136″ Rear suspension with stock shocks
Brakes: Stock Ski-Doo Brembro brakes with stainless steel line
Finish – Paint: I didn’t do paint or graphics. I bought all the parts the way you see them except for emoji turd
Accessories: Speedo, Tach, Temperature gauge and headlight are from late 90’s Ski-Doo. Rear snow flap and tail light from 2008 Ski-Doo Xp chassis
