1979 Ski Doo 7500 Blizzard

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

I really wanted a vintage rider that could take to vintage rides , and to take it to some local vintage shows. I plan to restore my moto ski in the near future

What motivated you to start your project?

I have always liked the RV style SKI-DOOs,and I have a moto ski super sonic the same year that I bought new in 1981.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

I changed from internal drive to external, and put a little longer track in it, and extended the rails for the longer track.

What are you most proud of?

Probably that this as my first attempt at restoring a sled, and it turned out pretty good, plus I did most of the work myself, but did have some help from my son.

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

They think it looks like it is brand new.
