Make, Model & Year: 2007 Custom Chopper
Fondly known as: We all just call it “the chopper”
Time spent: 4 years of on/off work. I purchased the frame about 2 months before I got married. SO, naturally, the build got put on the back burner. I spent 4 years working in the garage to complete it. My wife actually gave the ultimatum to finish it. We were scheduled to go for a Spring Break vacation in 2011 and she siad, NO!!!, Finish the chopper!!!
Motorcycle cost: The basic frame was about $1300 from WCC I think.
Money spent: Hard to say, approx. $25,000. I bought a TIG welder, paint spray equipment, all kinds of tools and parts you need to build a bike. I even got a dealership on stainless steel bolts and nuts because it was so much cheaper than buying one bolt at a time. But, all in all I probably spent about $25,000.00 on the actual bike. I could build one a lot cheaper now, from all the lessons I learned on the build.
Engine: S&S 113″ IST v-model engine..4″ bore, 4 1/2″ stroke, 10:1 compression, IST ignition, hydraulic lift .547 cam

Transmission: Baker 6 speed with a primo rivera clutch

Finish – Paint: I am the painter. The color is PPG Candy Turquoise pearl. All designs, painting and ghosting by me.
Accessories: The handgrips are custom by me with leather inserts and lacing to match the bike. Pegs, kickstand, forward brake controls by WCC. Fuel tank bought off ebay custom modified by me. Rear fender is WCC custom modified by me. Taillight is an LED 1959 Cadillac taillight. Good Day, glad that i found on this in yahoo. Thanks!
Thanks for the guidelines you have shared here. Another thing I would like to mention is that computer memory specifications generally go up along with other breakthroughs in the engineering. For instance, any time new generations of processors are brought to the market, there is certainly usually a matching increase in the size and style demands of both the laptop or computer memory as well as hard drive room. This is because the software program operated by these cpus will inevitably surge in power to benefit from the new know-how.
