2003 Harley Davidson 883 100th anniversary

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

To make her the dream bike she wanted.

What motivated you to start your project?

My wife wanted to start riding her own bike so we found her the bike originally she wanted to keep the the anniversary badges she thought we were only going to do just a pink stripe on the side but what she really wanted was pink scollops and didnt want to spend the money to do that she always puts others first so it was a total surprise when she saw she got the paint job she wanted.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Being able to surpise her with the paint job she really wanted.

What are you most proud of?

When i see her smile when people tell her they love her bike and when she takes 1st place at bike shows is nice to.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

The ladies always love it.

Make, Model & Year: 2003 Harley Davidson 883 100th anniversary

Fondly known as: My wifes bike

Time spent: 3 months

Motorcycle cost: $3,000

Money spent: $4,000 and still going

Engine: Just stock motor.

Intake: Stock

Exhaust: As of rite now she has drag pipes over winter were changing to vance and hines she is still isnt sure which ones yet.

Transmission: 5 speed

Frame: All stock

Suspension: Has a 2 inch drop

Wheels, tires and brakes: All stock tires are avon cobras white walls will be switching rims thru winter and loosing the white walls.

Finish – Paint: The paint is black and magenta scollops outlined with silver she wanted a pink but not a bubble gum pink Thats how she came the the magenta.

Accessories: Handlebars are from drag specialties with avon grips,forward controls,dakota digital speedo.
