1984 BMW R65LS

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

Objective was to go minimalist with cool colors.

What motivated you to start your project?

Built in honor of uncle who passed away and inspired by so many builds seen online

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the bike?

Most unique part was building the seat hoop and the color combination of the gast tank color, seat and grip color, blue fuel lines and spark plug wires to match BMW logo.

What are you most proud of?

I most proud of being able to completely disassembled the bike and put it back together.

What do other people say about your motorcycle?

They say they love the look, the lower stance, and the color. They appreciate the vintage style and minimalist look. I’ve have several offers to buy the bike.

    Very clean

So you took one of the rarest, coolest bike designs from a legendary designer and turned it into a common as dirt standard “custom”. I hope you kept the original parts, they are worth far more than the thing in these photos.

The cat bitchin’ about the great custom job this guy did, get your own, restore your own-your way and if you don’t have anything good to say………..
