So for a first time glove purchaser for a new rider, I finally chose these. I had read that they would be tight when you first got them and they were. They fit, but were really tight around the fingers and at the wrist gap. I had done the sizing chart so I wasn't worried, especially after reading other reviews. After the first ride the left glove felt fine, the right one still was a little tight, but after a few more rides it's loosened up.
I did feel a little gyped, there's already a few threads that have come loose so hopefully they hold together in the long time.
they've felt fine on hotter days and still were plenty warm on the cool mornings we get in northern california. we'll see how they do in the deep of winter, but I probably wont' be riding much then anyways
IDK that they are "the perfect choice for cool weather".. since the thumb is perforated, but they are comfy (around town) in 50 degree weather. The fit is good (by their size chart) and initial quality appears to be very good
Overall I think they are a good glove to have on your hand. I like the raised knuckle design, looks good and keeps them protected a bit better than just the leather. The only down side in my opinion is I would like to have had just a little more material in the web of the thumb to allow for better mobility considering hand/thumb controls. But as I said, Overall its a good glove : )
