Crank looks good and has nice machine work done to it. Gasket kit is very nice with only 1 o-ring missing for cases (but includes both water pump seals!) Main bearings are quality Koyo brand - Same as OEM.
Fit was perfect, install was by web advice (freeze/heat). I didn't purchase an expensive shim device to stabilize before install, but took apart a gap feeler device, placed appropriate shims on either side of rod between rod and crank for a firm fit. Installed with crank at BDC. Had to hammer lightly on left half with a rubber malet to get cases together. Bilke runs like brand new.
Expected per the description of the gasket and seal set that all gaskets and seals would be included. They are not!!!! Called Dennis Kirk and Wiseco both on this and got absolutely no help with acquiring the missing o-ring. Had to spend another 15 bucks and wait a week for the seal to get to me for assembly. Pretty lousy that they dont include a 4 dollar o-ring in the kit.
All the gaskets for doing the crankshaft work, but the kit kit not come with the head or cylinder gasket. I missed something in the description ???? Normally a gasket kit includes ALL gaskets. No worries, it's still 2 weeks until race time and i should have checked it out sooner.
i purchased this kit for my sons cr 125 and after only 3.7 hours (break in and ride time ) the crank side clearence somehow moved out of spec and caused the rod to smack the crank at the top and bottom of every rotation i could not believe this after 3.7 hours i would understand if it were 370 very displeased should have stuck with hot rods
