This Fuel Inlet for CV carbs looks like the one from "Yost" and I was in a pinch, so I purchased it. Unfortunately it did not make the cut,(probably why it is 1/2 the price). 1) Make sure you check the inside bore, see if it was drilled ALL the way thru. 2) You will need too remove the hose fitting from the body with a 5/16" wrench and seal the threads with Permatex No.80632 Teflon thread sealer. 3) Double check the bore again too make sure passage is still clean & clear. I unfortunately did not, so had to do this with the Carb still mounted to the bike, After I re-installed it,( I Was Not Taking it Off Again!!! ) Turn the fuel on to check for leaks.......again. I have used the kit from "Yost" 30+ times never had an issue, used this product once and POOF! Drag makes a similar one and cost's about $6.00, all one piece unit, both Made in China/Taiwan. Drag p/n 1003-0257 or the "Yost" one, Drag p/n 1050-0123 in brass for around $43.00 and it will come with a removal kit to get the orig. plastic/brass one out of the Carb Body. Part of this is my fault for not checking, BUT at $20.00 should I have too? YUP! I Did the Work.
