Excellent filters for the price
As expected of UNI products, these are really nice filters at a fraction of the cost of buying K&N's.

good filter
The UNI pod filter's are nice, but I didn't know they were not oiled so I didn't buy any oil.The fact that they are not oiled should be added to the description.

Okay for the price, doesnt last long
They are simply a cheap pod filter. I had one literally explode apart after a small pop/backfire through the intake while tuning the carbs on my sled. While I realize that this would not be considered a normal operating environment for the filter, I would not expect it to blow apart like that!

What jetting changes will need to be done?
Tony E on Jan 12, 2017
BEST ANSWER: THe filter is very high flow similar to an open airbox.if the plug turns black just one jet size down should help. I jet for temp with my vintage racers and it has not been a factor in the jetting. You'll need to do a short rude and check the plug to be sure, but they work great!i
