These boots are about as tall as an 8" work boot. They fit almost like a sneakers with reinforced toe and heel. The shift pad on the toe may show some wear over time, but I can deal with that. Overall for the money they seem well built. I purchased these for days that I would be walking a lot after I arrived at my destination.
These boots fit perfect right out of the box. Whether you have a narrow foot (like me), normal or wide foot, the lacing system will allow you to adjust the boot for a perfect fit. Very high quality throughout. Highly recomended for anyone who wants a boot that is great for both riding and walking. 5 Stars
I read a few reviews about these before purchasing. I didn't want high boots..and wanted something that would fit like a sport shoe. These are perfect! Also very comfortable walking around after finding the destination.
If your looking for comfortable, good looking, water proof boots at a great price you just found them. Shifting and walking is no problem at all. My street shoe is a size 10.5 I ordered a 10 and it fits perfect.
After doing quite a bit of comparison shopping for a light weight, comfortable ankle-high riding boot I choose the Response 2.0 boot. Couldn't be happier. They a are very comfortable, provide some pretty decent protection, easy to get in and out of and seem like they will hold up pretty well. I only have about 500 miles on them so far but very pleased so far.
So Daniel, can you tell me if you still think these are worth the investment? I really like Tour Master products, but I'm really picky about boots, any boots. I appreciate any input, positive or negative, that you might have. Thank you!
The boot is a bit to narrow for my foot. After awhile it becomes uncomfortable. Everyone is different. They do keep my feet dry in the rain. I still have my old pair of alpinestars in grey. If they were black I wouldn't have bought these. I keep going back to the Alpinestars to wear so I personally wouldn't buy again. Alpinestars I have are discontinued.
Thanks for your honest reply! My feet are wide so maybe these aren't the right product for me. I really like Milwaukee boots, but I need a 13.5 and they don't make anything larger than 13 anymore. Oh well, I'll keep looking. Thanks again, and have a good day!
