Cold weather gear
I purchased these pants for cold weather. I am 6' and wear large. I ordered XL tall and they fit great. I have ridden in temps down to 20 deg. I wear a Heated jacket liner, gauntlet gloves with heated grips. Can ride with feet on highway bars. Velcro at bottom of legs works great.I velcroed flap to itself and this makes it easy to unzip. One review i read was that legs got burned on exhaust. Pants don't come close to exhaust. I highly recommend these pants for cold weather.

FIrst Try
Wore these pants 1st time today. Overall, fit is perfect and workmanship is high quality. Only drawback is that moving the knee pads takes patience and determination due to the velcro .

Touring Pants
I purchased these as an overpant, so they will slip over my work clothes. I went up 2 sizes on the waist, and they fit loose over jeans. So I'd call the fit true to size. Very warm, even without the liner. Haven't gotten in the rain yet. Comfortable on the bike, pads in the knees are well placed. Nice pocket access for your keys or whatever. Money well spent.

Thoroughly impressed
My very first time ordering from Dennis kirk.com and it was a great experience. The very first thing that I noticed about the pants that I am reviewing right now is just the sheer weight of them. They feel like a very heavy duty well constructed pair of pants. I ordered them the exact same size as the blue jeans that I wear plus on my very first time ordering from Dennis kirk.com and it was a great experience. The very first thing that I noticed about the pants that I am reviewing right now is just the sheer weight of them. They feel like a very heavy duty well constructed pair of pants. I ordered them One size larger than the blue jeans that I wear. The fit is very nice over a pair of blue jeans. They are a little long for me in the standing position but are perfect in the riding position. I have about 30 minutes total time experience with them, Which consisted of about two minutes getting them on and over my boots and a good 25 minute ride on a gold wing F6B. I could not feel any wind penetration whatsoever with them fully assembled with all liners intact. That was very good for me because I enjoy riding in colder weather. I have not tried them with out the insulated liners as it was just a quick run down the road at highway speed. Obviously, I cannot speak to their long-term standing up to daily abuse, but my initial impression of them is phenomenal. That was very good for me because I enjoy riding in colder weather. I have never owned a pair of riding pants before and these were my step away from leather chaps. Leather does a wonderful job of keeping the cold air off of you but it does not help me stay warm. I feel like I could ride through an arctic blizzard with these pants on. Sorry for the long winded review, but I am super excited about these riding pants.

Tour Master Caliber Pants
These pants were the best price for the type of pants I was looking for. They are water proof while at the same time, they have pretection in the placed you need them if a crash happened. They fit a bit small so I would suggest going one size larger than you think you need. They are very comfortable and great while riding.

Nice pants
Nice pants for the price. I opted for the “tall” version even though it had an inseam 2” longer than my normal pant and am glad that I did. The pant would have been too short in riding position if I hadn’t. Very warm pant...have only used a few times for fall rides.

Not for Harleys
I really liked these pants until they briefly touched my exhaust heat shield and burnt right thru. My old First Gear pants had heat resistant fabric where this could happen. Most Motorcycles have exhaust pipes near your legs. should be heat resistant panels there. Never occurred to me when I purchased them.
