You guys failed to ship the product or let me know that it was on back order. I called 2 weeks after I ordered it and again two weeks later only to get the same answer "probably another 10 days or so as is on back order from our supplier". Normally I wouldn't mind that but a whole month with no contact from you? Really? Why did I have to call you? You should have sent an email stating that you were sorry for the delay - I shouldn't have had to call you multiple times. I cancelled the order and ordered from a competitor and got the starter gear in 3 days! I will not do business with you again.
